Decide that sleep’s your real best friend.

 

NEXT – STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING

You name your time to end your day.

You stop all jobs; put work away.

No ifs or buts.

No lil shortcuts.

That’s it for night.

Please do this right.

 

Think through your day

In your own way.

Then end each care. 

Make them not there.

 

With chores all done 

You start your fun.

No more to do.

Just thoughts of you.

 

Go inch by inch.

It is a synch.

It’s only fair.

Your bed is there. 

 

No going back.

Please stay on track.

This place you know.

Is where to go.

 

REST

I have no doubt

You are warn out.

Then rest in bed

For joy instead.

 

RELAX 

You choose this space

To change your pace.

Relax right now.

You do know how.

 

REPAIR 

And once asleep

That is so deep.

Repair goes through.

Like no one knew!

 

AWAKE AND WOW!

You went to bed

Just like I said.

You met your day 

A whole new way. 

 

Same old same old nothing new.

And best of all is this is “true.”
