The Chinese Touch! Holidays mean the world to the Chinese, and they use all kinds of symbols to show it. Their traditions run deep. They eat different foods on different occasions for their symbolic meanings. Fish and raw vegetables are for good luck. Colors are important too. Red is for joy and celebration. Peking Duck was an imperial dish. Now it has become a national symbol of China. {I recently spent time in China.
