Happy Fingers, Hands and Feet

Age Range: Three to Six Months

Area Being Developed: Self-esteem (Belief in Oneself)

Place a different color scrunchy on each of your baby’s hands and feet. Then place your baby lying down face up in a comfortable position on a bed, sofa, carpet, or other cushioned surface. As your baby moves and enjoys the sights and sounds of his or her moving fingers, hands and feet; you can enjoy the coos, gurgles, and laughs of his or her happy self.
