Activity 54 – Exercise Stations*
Age Range – Preschool and Up
Area Being Developed – Motor Skills
On three different pieces of paper, write in large clear letters a different fun movement activity. Popular ones are Jump, Hop, and Bend. You may think of others. Move from one station to another and take turns doing up to ten reps of what it says on each piece of paper.
Enrichment Information…
Jumping, hopping, and bending from the waist are all activities your child will enjoy. In addition, they are particularly good for core body development. Practicing specific movements and counting them is an excellent way to increase motor coordination.

Fighting Violence!
Children have a lot of energy, and they love every chance they get to use it. Not having enough opportunities creates stress; and as you know, negative behavior easily develops from there.
