My Body’s My Castle
“My body’s my castle, and that is the best.
I exercise lots and make sure I rest.
I love the whole grains and my big veggie plate.
Fruit is a snack that I think is just great.
No sitting around with no place to go.
Right on my street are kids that I know.
My bedtime’s for rest and ending the day.
The time is all set, and I love it that way.
