We get three major holidays this month.
- May 5 – Cinco de Mayo
- May 11 – Mother’s Day
- May 26 – Memorial Day
Today is Cinco de Mayo, and in six days we will all be celebrating together a very “Happy Mother’s Day!”
As is traditional on our site, we always welcome our months with a poem. Not all poems rhyme, but children usually love it when they do. Therefore, have some fun this month with all the simple one syllable words that rhyme with our month.
