“The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.”
Teach your child with love to accept, overcome, and move past difficulties.
Make time to listen and help your child work through difficulties. Explain that when obstacles come that they serve a purpose. Some build character; others teach skills. All provide much needed inner strength for outer life enhancement. Most of all, don’t forget to help your child move past the hurts and reflect on happy experiences, fun times, and personal successes.
