I will start with a post I saw today.
“Beware that Zoom fosters too much sitting and too little moving. Be sure to take moving and deep breathing breaks, if possible, between all Zoom meetings.”
Now I will add to it.
“Try to fill up your lungs each time you breathe (three times would be great) and then walk the number of steps in your age. I love doing that.”
Ideas welcome on any topic, but those that foster good health are especially needed these days!
