How to make a stunning Gingerbread house and then... have it ANNIHILATED PDF Print E-mail

Every year I buy a Gingerbread house... or two. I love making them. My kids do, too, but really - it's about me.

This year I sat down with the kids and Courtney (our nanny) to create our first annual Gingerbread masterpiece. I purchased our house from Costco because their rates are awesome. However, on a side note, someone from the freight truck must have dropped our box because numerous pieces were broken -I had to glue them back together using frosting.

On with the show.

Here's the house, after the kids helped Courtney and I decorate:

I added icicles and roof-top snow. Totally awesome, right? You can say it.

I worked hard to create a snow scene:

I added some final touches and was done!
