Valentine's Day: I Spy Rice Bags

My friend Leah decided to create I Spy Rice Bags this year as Valentine's Day classroom gifts. I decided to steal her idea.

Rather than glue ribbon to the tops of our bags (no time, as we created our bags last minute) we double bagged ours. We placed fewer items inside our bags, also, because they were created for Preschool children.

We used: rubber bands, paper clips, foam hearts, feathers, pennies, pom-poms and popsicle sticks:

Happy Valentine's Day!

:-) Thanks for posting! Changed your idea up a little and make 'p' themed bags for a potty party we had yesterday! Split peas and rice as the filler, penny, pasta, popcorn kernal, pebble . . . it was so much fun and the kids LOVE them! So do I!!!!!

A potty party? Well... I'm glad you put a spin on the bags and that things turned out so well! :-)
